On 08-16-2012 at 0813 hrs. Morganton Public Safety Officers responded to Habitat Restore located at 307 West Union Street. Upon arrival, employees observed glass broken out of the front door and called Morganton Public Safety.
Shooting into occupied dwelling

On 02/14/2012 at approximately 10:50pm, Morganton Department of Public Safety Officers were dispatched to 219 Cascade St. due to a possible drive by shooting.
Fight at Auto Zone

On Monday January the 30th at 12:26 PM Morganton Department of Public Safety received a 911 call from the Auto Zone at 220 W. Fleming Drive. The caller stated that subjects were arguing in the parking lot and that it was getting very heated.
