The City of Morganton (City) is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from firms interested in providing an engineering services contract for design, contract administration, and construction inspection of the upcoming Enola Road widening project. The project involves the relocation of the City's overhead electric distribution lines. The North Carolina Department of Transportation is performing the roadway construction and their project number is U2551.
