Bids can be submitted at any time during our normal business hours of 8:00 A. M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday thru Friday to the Front Desk as you enter into City Hall. Bids will be received up until 2:00 pm on Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bids shall be received after the above-stated time.
