  • Cable TV, Internet, Phone: Call 438-5353 to report a cable television, internet or Voice phone outage.
  • Power Problems? Call 438-5277 to report a power outage, electric problem or a downed power line. Always stay clear of downed power lines. Even if the lines appear harmless, they could still be energized and deadly. 
    • Call (828) 438-5245 to apply for new service or for billing questions.

  • Water Problems? Call 438-5276 to report a water outage or other water issues.
    • For information on cutoffs and to apply for existing service, call 438-5245.
